I realized this roadmap in stages and especially crossing much information to discover the best of Ireland and, in just one week. No way to go around the country and tour operator take 2000 pictures through the window of the shuttle !!
On "fishing backpack," we like to think outside the box and try to soak up some local atmosphere all with a small budget.

  Or go to Ireland? the best route for a week in the west.
Before leaving, I started peeling the net (testimonies and advice on Voyageforum and Company), paper guides Ireland (Backpacker Guide and Lonely Planet), I took all the advice from friends already left I thus concluded that the best of Ireland was on the west coast of the island. I then put on paper a rough itinerary, giving way to the valuable advice of local once underway. This is how we like to travel.
We decided to rent a car and reside mainly in Homestay Bed and Breakfast (the tent is in the backpack to a camp or two if necessary). Big morning breakfast (included in the price of B & B), Picnic outdoor Irish lunch and evening meal small and modest in a real Irish pub (bar food). So we stay within a reasonable budget while taking up the country. Not bad right? So in return, I can now offer you a great full route your turn to discover the best of Ireland.
A few important notes:
- The roadmap is flexible. So you can visit Ireland in a week or a fortnight after the time you have.
- This path does not replace the Routard which will give you all the places in each city where you spend. Think about it before you go so it is available used or new on Amazon.
- Despite the advice of the guide book and the time we left, we did not book any bed and breakfast. To make room for adventure, I do not book. Stop stressing, believe me, there will always be a bed for you and at worst, you have the tent in the backpack. The Irish are very friendly, the B & B is worth, I just préciserai in this roadmap flicks of our heart.
- Make sure you bring a national map of Ireland before leaving (also available on Amazon).
- That's right, on Fishing and backpack, it is more natural that culture is why I generally prefer to keep the capital which is usually the city of arrival and / or departure at the end of the stay . So, I keep a day or two below the elbow.
